For users of our CV/Resume Version Manager Google Docs add-on, we strictly safeguard user privacy by operating completely inside the Google Workspace sandbox.

• Data Access & Use: The add-on only accesses your active Google Document to capture snapshot text, and accesses Google Drive and Google Sheets to store the snapshots and version indices. This data is used solely to provide version history, exports (PDF/DOC), and rollbacks.
• Data Storage: All data, documents, and logs are saved exclusively within your personal Google account. QubarTech does not host, cache, or store your documents or private indices on our servers.
• Google API Scopes: We use the minimal required scopes: documents.currentonly (to read/revert CV text), drive.file (to create and save PDF/DOC snapshots in your Drive), and spreadsheets (to log index entries in your Sheet).
• Google Limited Use Policy: The add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell, transfer, or share your data with any third parties.
